Australian Food and Wine Experience
One of the best ways to appreciate what Australia can offer is through food and wine—and boy, the country has a lot of it. It would be best if you can dedicate at least half a day checking out cellars and sampling the wines in the valley regions.
Barossa Valley
When one speaks of the best red wines, the Barossa Valley will certainly top the list. They are the main producers of the Shiraz, which is a popular red wine that has been sold in the United States for more than 20 years. The fertile lands of the valley allow the prosperity of more than 50 wine cellars. Fortunately majority of them are open to tourists and quick tours. They can tell you a lot about the history of the winery as well as how their wines are being produced. In fact, at some cellars you can talk to the owner himself. Most of all, you can sample their wines and pair a glass with the best cheese.
Swan Valley
From Perth you can take a ferry or a boat to the opposite side known as the Swan Valley. This is one of the oldest wine regions in the country, and thus they are more experienced when it comes to producing wines. This also means their bottles will certainly be some of the tastiest in the world. Venture into their sprawling vineyards and get a glimpse of the source of their wines. While there you can head to the nearby Swan River where you can take a cruise or to the waterfalls for a quick dip. Certified outdoor enthusiasts will also love the idea that there are other things they can do in the Swan Valley, including shopping in antique stores, dropping by the Guildford Village, enjoying some tee time, or riding horses.
Riverland
Most of the best and authentic wines come with a hefty price tag. If you're looking for something cheap, you may want to go into Riverland, sometimes called Oceanland. This is because it has countless options for very affordable or even dirt-cheap wines. You can also follow the Yellow Trail that will take you to Riverina. This area is famous for its vineyards that produce the saleable and luscious Casella wines.
Yarra Valley
The Yarra Valley is an expert in the production of chardonnays and pinot noirs, which you can purchase straight from any of the hundreds gourmet restaurants in the region. Most definitely, though, nothing beats making a visit to any of the more than 50 wineries dotting the valley. Some of them are family owned and thus small while some are massive, covering several hectares. A number of them also offer accommodation options in the form of manors. If you have the money to burn it's certainly nice to wake up in the middle of a vineyard.
Cairns
Cairns is blessed to have a very fertile soil that it can sustain the growth of several types of tropical fruits, such as bananas and pineapples. The waters, on the other hand, can provide you the freshest and most delicious seafood.

Does anyone know specific places in Ocho Rios Jamaica where I can buy cool, trendy and authentic clothes.?
I'm looking for places close to where the ship docks in downtown Ocho Rios Jamaica. This will be my first time going and wnat to buy alot of things and need to know the prices in a dollar value for certain items. coffe, rum, clothing authentic and trendy.
Prices are not static but since you are disembarking at a tourist port, expect to pay nearly airport-departure-store prices.
The specific place to shop: it's called the store. They have them all over the place in Jamaica. Try it.
The Lavazza Café at Eataly, in New York City.
